To begin, I REFUSE to work with anyone that uses generative A.I. either to form descriptions of what they want for a commission (ChatGPT, etc.) or A.I. artwork examples etc. for their commission.The ONLY exception to this rule is if you can prove you were scammed by someone online claiming to be an artist and received A.I. generated content instead, and can prove it.I also refuse to work with anyone who is LGBTQIA+phobic/xenophobic/racist/sexist/general DNI or pushes any sort of agenda or content that is hateful or preaches inequality.That being said here are my standard terms. It IS long, this is not abridged.

MODELS/ARTWORK T.O.S.
- In general turnaround time for model art is 1 month maximum, 2-3 months maximum for model art with rigging.
- Artwork is always done in a first in-first out basis. The only exception to these are rush orders with deadlines. If you do not have a rush order with a deadline, you do not get priority over anybody else.
- Updates are sent every 3-5 business days by default. You can ask to have one update weekly set on a day of the week if you so choose, please say so.
- I WILL draw furry, light mecha, and NSFW. NSFW toggles/models do cost extra.
- I have bundle deals for toggles/animations and selections for rigging types when it comes to models. DO make sure you select the right choice upon submitting a request. Some things can be added/retconned before the commission is over. However if you only paid for the default two toggles, do not expect more toggles. If you only paid for one outfit, you get only the one outfit. I do not work for free.
- Refunds are ONLY acceptable in the sketching phase of artwork. If we move past sketching into coloring and layering, refunds are no longer applicable.
- Constant daily pestering for updates on artwork, pestering for more work/toggles for free, bringing me A.I. generated responses or artwork that you were not conned into (with proof); these are all one-way streets to getting blacklisted from my services. IF you break my T.O.S. as listed above or refuse to read my T.O.S. I am not held responsible, and you are NOT privy to a refund.

VIDEO-EDITING T.O.S.
- Realistically, all I ask when it comes to video editing is that you provide ALL of the necessary information for a commission so that I can make it to your standards.
- PLEASE make sure to include examples of what you might like, branding, assets, music, sound effects; the more you offer me the more I can really make you shine.
- IF in the time I spend editing your video/clips for you I find content or humor that breaks my T.O.S. standards and common DNI standards, I may deny and rescind your commission. This is the only applicable way of receiving a refund as once I start editing and finish a video in totality, there are no {full} refunds.
- If in the process of editing a LONG-FORM VIDEO you decide that my editing isn't for you, then we can discuss a partial refund depending on how much work I'd already put into the video. Partial refunds are capped at 30% original commission price.

SKEB COMMISSION T.O.S.
- By default, paying for a SKEB commission of any kind means you will get 0 updates. It's a surprise commission style, and that means now more than ever please please PLEASE include references and all the details you'd like so that I make something that you like!
- If you'd like to truly leave it up to fate when it comes to poses/color schemes/aesthetics, then you can always just "let me cook" so to speak and leave it up to me.
- Since SKEB commissions do not require updates, please allow me 2 weeks to 1 month turnaround time depending solely on how many other commissions are ahead of you.
- Rush orders/deadlines are not applicable for SKEB commissions.
